In order to ensure transparency and clarity in our policies, we have a clear refund policy for our products. The terms of our policy are as follows:
- We offer a full refund within 30 days if the customer did not receive a license via email.
- Please note that the product keys must be used within 30 days of purchase, otherwise, the warranty will be voided.
- We regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided if the customer received a working license.
To initiate a refund, the buyer must contact us via email at support@retailkeis.com. We kindly request you to allow us a maximum of 5 calendar days to verify the activation details of the product key. If it is found that the product key has already been activated after the purchase, we reserve the right to refuse a refund since the service has already been provided as agreed.
